Details for the Romsey concert as follows:
- 🎶 Tutti: Rehearsal in the Abbey 2.05pm to 4.45pm. Please be in your seats by 2pm.
- 🤵 Concert Dress: Ladies; All black long length dress or trousers; black top with long sleeves. Gents: Black trousers and jacket; white shirt and black bow tie. Black shoes. No trainers or jeans.
- ◼️ Black folders: Please see Paul Clements if you do not have a black folder for your music.
- ❌ Please do not wear strong perfumes as this can effect singers near you.
- 👥 Please be ready to line up at 7.15pm to go on stage at 7.20pm.
- 🤐 Please comply with concert platform protocol and keep chat to the bare minimum.
- 🗓️ Music returns: Please keep your music and return it in September when rehearsals start on Sunday 6th September.
- 🚗 Parking: Public car parks within a short walking distance in Latimer Street and Newton Lane. Sadly there are no parking places at the Abbey. Please allow plenty of time as the town will be busy.
- 🚆 Station: Romsey Station SO51 8DU
- 🚻 Room for changing/ Toilets: The Abbey rooms with toilet facilities are booked for our use from 1.30pm
- 🍽️ Restaurants and Cafes: Ample choice within a very short walking distance of the Abbey.
