Saturday 15 March afternoon tutti rehearsal in the Priory from 1.30pm to 3.45pm.
Tim will already have been rehearsing since 11.45am, so please get to your seats quickly and quietly by 1.20pm.

In the evening:
- Allow time for parking
- Please arrive by 7.15pm and ready to go on stage at 7.20pm
- Line up at 7.15pm in the passageway next to the staging
- Please do not congregate in the cloisters as this gets very congested with people using the toilets and cafe
- Black Folders – please see Paul Clements if you do not have one
- Concert dress:
- Ladies: All black/ full length trousers/ skirt; long sleeved black top/ black shoes
- Gents: Black suits/ white shirt/ black bow tie/ black shoes; no trainers/ no jeans
- Please no strong perfumes
- Please do be mindful not to be late when lining up in the interval break; we cannot hold up the performance for late comers
- Music returns: there will be a box on the window sill in the cloisters
- Please, please do not mark your copies with heavy pencil and rub out markings as much as you can during the interval. Thank You.
There will NOT be a rehearsal on Sunday 16th March.
